The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard access credentials.

You shall not:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
• Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content
• Use bots, automated systems, or mass engagement tools
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.

All information, tools, reports, calculators, and frameworks:

• Do not constitute investment, tax, legal, or financial advice
• Should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation

Users are advised to consult SEBI-registered Investment Advisors, Chartered Accountants, or other qualified professionals before taking any financial decision.

All content, designs, frameworks, software, reports, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Vittus Wealth Private Limited.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the Platform. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

• The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis
• No warranty is given regarding accuracy, completeness, or future outcomes
• The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic loss arising from use of the Platform

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

The Company may, at its discretion, charge fees for access to certain tools or reports:

• Fees are for platform usage only
• Fees do not represent consideration for investment advice
• Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed by the Refund Policy

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services:

• The Company does not control or endorse third-party content
• Access to third-party platforms is at your own risk
• The Company shall not be liable for outcomes of third-party interactions

Any non-public information obtained through use of the Platform, including methodologies, reports, and internal logic, shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed or misused without prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and associates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising due to:

• Your misuse of the Platform
• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, system failures, cyber incidents, government actions, or force majeure events.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to arbitration, courts at [Nagpur / Mumbai] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be [Nagpur / Mumbai], and proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
